Renting and Reservation conditions
Tourist tax: the Tourist tax in Murter is 0,80 € per person
per day and must be paid in person in Betina's Tourist information
office.
Inclusive in price of house: Water, electricity, gas, towels
and linens
End cleaning: the costs for the cleaning of the house at
the end of your stay is 65 € per reservation.
A reservation/travel confirmation as well as an invoice will be
sent to you per E-mail in a PDF Document. (by request per mail is
also possible)
At the time of initial reservation, we will request and advance
payment of 30% of the renting price. The remainder of the payment
will become due 6 weeks before your arrival. By last minute bookings
(less than 6 weeks before travel) we request payment of the complete
rental price upon reservation. You will find account details on
the reservation confirmation and invoice.
Insurance Deposit: An insurance deposit of 200€ is
payable upon arrival and will be returned by check on departure.
It is possible to book both the HMS Bounty" & "HMS
Nautilus", more details upon request.
